What kind of vending machines do you currently have?
At this time, we only have a Waldo's Fun Factory gumball machine like
the one pictured below.

Where are your machines located?
We have Waldo's Fun Factory in eight locations throughout Washington
and oregon. they are located at:
How do I use the machines?
All Waldo's Fun Factory machines operate the same way.
Simply put a quarter into the coin mechanism and turn. this starts the
machine. Listen to Waldo and watch the ball roll down the back, go around
the merry-go-round, up the elevator, down the chute and up to where it is
"poured" into the funnel. When it is in the funnel, you have 15 seconds
to push the button on the left side of the face of the machine. (For best
results, please wait for the ball to settle in the funnel; usually no more
than two seconds.) If you make a basket, a gumball is immediately
dispensed. Another gumball will be dispensed after going up the final
elevator in the rear. If a basket is not made, then the gumball will be
dispensed only after the ball goes up the final elevator.
Why doesn't this machine work?
Sometimes simply unplugging the machine and plugging it back in can
resolve the issue. Because of the safety hazards involved with
working so closely with electricity, we cannot allow users to unplug the
machine and/or plug it back in. Children are especially at high risk
of electrocution if they touch the cord. If the issue persists
or has even been resolved, please contact us with a
description of the issue. If necessary, we will attempt to fix the issue as soon as
possible.
How can I get a machine in my business?
Please contact us. When contacting us, please tell us the name and address of
your business, and what type of establishment it is (grocery store,
restaurant, etc).
Do you need more locations for your machines?
Yes, we do. We are currently looking for 16 additional locations for
our Waldo's Fun Factory machines. We are currently offering $100 for each successfully secured location. Valid locations include
any grocery store, mini-mart, commercial airport, arcade or shopping
mall serving the general public located in Yakima,
Klickitat, Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, Skamania, Clark or Cowlitz
Counties in Washington or Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, Hood River,
Wasco, Sherman, Gilliam, Morrow, or Umatilla counties in oregon. If you
have another type of business or would like to negotiate
terms, we recommend you contact us for approval
to make sure this offer will be valid.
Could I get electrocuted from using your machines?
to our knowledge, it is impossible to be electrocuted by
touching any normally-exposed parts of the machine, including the coin
mechanism, the gumball chute and flap, the button on the right side, the
wooden parts, the glass in the front and the gumball hopper. the only
possible sources of electrocution we're aware of is where users do not
typically have access and the cord in the back. For safety
reasons, we cannot allow users to touch the electrical cord in the rear of
the machine.
Are you interested in buying my vending machines?
Yes! Please let us
know what kind of machines you have, where they currently are and any locations they are currently at.
How does the reseller program work?

What are the important terms?
Can I change
my mind after I submit the agreement?
How does the reseller
program work?
the reseller program is somewhat a combination of consignment and an
auction. there are some similarities between this program and selling an
item through an independent company that lists items on online auctions. For your convenience, we have copied text from
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Consignment in which the general concept of
consignment is
explained:
Consignment is the act of consigning, which is placing a person or thing
in the hand of another, but retaining ownership until the goods are sold or
person is transferred. this may be done for shipping, transfer of prisoners,
or for sale in a store (i.e. a consignment shop). In the context of sale, it
is usually understood that the consignee (the consignment seller or the
party to which goods are sent) pays the consignor (the person with items to
sell or the party by which the goods are consigned) only after the sale,
from its proceeds.
"Consignment shop" is an American english term for second-hand stores that
offer used goods at a lower price than new. Many offer new items as well.
the dealer pays the seller a percentage upon the sale of the goods.
Merchandise often sold through consignment shops include antiques, athletic
equipment, automobiles, books, clothing (especially children's, maternity,
and wedding clothing which are often not worn out), furniture, firearms,
music, musical instruments, tools, and toys. eBay drop off stores often use
the consignment model of selling. Art galleries, as well, often operate as
consignees of the artist.
Consignment shops differ from charity or thrift shops in that the original
owner retains some of the revenue from the sale, rather than donating it to
the charity. they differ from pawnbrokers, which acquire the good from the
original owner in exchange for money or a loan of money.
In the UK, the term "consignment" is not used, and consignment shops selling
women's clothing are called "dress agencies". Although the other types of
consignment shop exist, there is no general term for them.
Please note that there may be discrepancies between this description and
the terms of our program.
How much does the
program
cost?
According to the agreement, we pay "a sum equal to the total sale price
[totAL PRICe] minus five (5) per cent" after the end buyer pays us.
For larger items, feel free to request a lower amount.
Please remember that we do not charge for storage, and we may not charge for
transportation or shipping costs. Please contact us
to make sure.
What are the important terms?
According to the default agreement, we charge 5%, the agreement renews
automatically, there's a
14-day trial period, items are sold as-is without
warranty. Please review the full terms
for more information. this FAQ page shall not be considered
integrated into the agreement.
Can I
change my mind after I submit the agreement?
Yes! Please contact us if you wish to
change your mind. this issue is addressed in the full terms.
